Collin Maloney focuses his practice on federal and state commercial litigation in the areas of products liability, medical device and pharmaceutical defects, antitrust, patent, and construction litigation. A former briefing attorney for the Honorable Harry W. McKee, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Texas, Collin is admitted to practice before all Texas state courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. A graduate of Creighton University (B.A. 1991) and Texas Tech University School of Law (J.D. 1995), Collin is a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association, Smith County Bar Association, Bar Association for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and Smith County Young Lawyers Association (Director, 1999-00; Secretary/Treasurer 00-01; President 01-02).
