Collin Maloney focuses his practice on federal and state commercial litigation in the areas of  patents and intellectual property, products liability, medical device and pharmaceutical defects, and oil and gas litigation. A former briefing attorney for the Honorable Harry W. McKee, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Texas, Collin is admitted to practice before all Texas state courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

A graduate of Creighton University (B.A. 1991) and Texas Tech University School of Law (J.D. 1995), Collin is a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association, Smith County Bar Association and Bar Association for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Collin is the former president of the Smith County Young Lawyers Association, as well as a former secretary/treasurer and director of the organization. He is member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
