Mandy Carroll Nelson
Mandy grew up in Tyler, Texas, where she graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1999. She graduated from Texas Christian University in 2003 and attended St. Mary’s University School of Law where she received her J.D. in 2006. After law school, Mandy returned home to Tyler to practice at Ireland, Carroll & Kelley, P.C. Mandy works on a variety of commercial litigation matters, including oil and gas litigation. She is licensed to practice before the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
Mandy is a member of the Smith County Bar Association and has served on the board and as an officer of the Smith County Young Lawyers Association. Mandy is also a member of the Bar Association for the 5th Federal Circuit and the Hon. T. John Ward American Inn of Court.
